Nrgy Drink 90 is based on a 1:0.8 ratio of glucose (maltodextrin) to fructose. The combination of different carbohydrate sources makes it possible to absorb more energy compared to a single source.
With 90 g of carbohydrates per serving, the product is suitable for longer or more intense sessions where a higher energy intake may be needed.
Adapted electrolyte blend
The product contains a blend of sodium, chloride, potassium, calcium, and magnesium – minerals lost through sweat. The formula is designed to work with the higher carbohydrate content.

One serving is mixed with 500 ml of water and provides 90 g of carbohydrates. This makes it possible to get more energy without having to drink large amounts of liquid.
In warmer conditions, a larger amount of water can be used to adjust the concentration.
