Nrgy Gel 45 contains carbohydrates in a 1:0.8 ratio of glucose (maltodextrin) to fructose, making it possible to combine different carbohydrate sources.
Each gel provides 45 g of carbohydrates, making it easier to plan your energy intake during activity.
The caffeine content is available in two levels (65 mg or 130 mg per gel), so you can adapt your intake according to your needs and tolerance.

The product contains sodium, chloride, potassium, and magnesium – substances lost through sweat during physical activity.

Usage:
Mango & Cherry 65 mg caffeine:
Up to 2 gels per hour depending on need and tolerance. Max 5 gels per day.
Coffee/Cherry 130 mg caffeine:
Up to 1 gel per hour. Max 3 gels per day.
Can be combined with caffeine-free energy sources if needed.
